You can cancel your order while it is in pending or confirmed status. When you cancel, you will receive a full refund including:
Product cost (full amount)
Delivery fee
Service fee
If the pharmacy declines or cancels your order for any reason (e.g., medication unavailability, prescription issues), a full refund will be issued automatically to your wallet.
To protect you from orders that may not be processed, our system automatically cancels orders that remain in pending or confirmed status for more than 12 hours.
Auto-cancellation runs daily at 2:00 AM
Full refund is issued with reason: "Auto-cancelled due to inactivity"
You will receive a notification when this occurs
Once your order progresses beyond certain stages, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because the pharmacy has already begun processing your medication.
Orders already completed or delivered
Orders in "preparing" status (pharmacy has started processing)
Orders in "ready for pickup" status (medication is prepared)
Orders in "shipped" status (out for delivery)

Full Refund = Product Total + Delivery Fee + Service Fee
Please note that refunds are credited to your Pharmnow wallet, not your original payment method. This allows for faster processing and immediate availability of funds for your next order.

For issues not covered by standard cancellation, please contact our support team:
Damaged items: If you receive damaged medication, contact us immediately with photos
Wrong orders: If you receive incorrect medication, do not use it and contact us immediately
Missing items: If items are missing from your order, report within 24 hours of delivery
Delivery issues: If your order was marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours
